Communication and presentation skills are an essential skill for business leaders. These skills are employed every day when working with your team, reporting to your boss, and leading effective meetings.
In addition to working with you to improve your learning programs, I can coach you to communicate and present your ideas clearly and effectively.
I’ve been a member of Toastmasters International since 2011 and am currently a member of two clubs: Edmonds Toastmasters and Toastmasters Extraordinaires. I mentor newer members and have held many club leadership positions. I also participate in speech competitions regularly to continue to learn and grow.
Edmonds Toastmasters
This club, founded in 1987, is one of the oldest in the region. It is also one of the most robust clubs with 25–30 members.
I have served as an officer of this club since joining:
- Club Treasurer, 2011–2014
- Club President, 2014–2015
- VP of Marketing and Membership, 2015–2016
I actively compete in Toastmasters International Contests:
- 2012 District Finalist, Humorous Speech Contest
- 2013 Area Finalist, 2nd Place, International Speech Contest
