2014–Present, Contract Project Manager in Global Readiness

Currently developing and producing online training, audio and video assets in Microsoft’s Sales, Marketing and Services Group Readiness division (SMSG-R). The curriculum supports the global team focused on selling Microsoft’s broad array of productivity solutions.

2012–2014 Contract Project Manager in Learning, Training & Development

Coordinated high-profile, broad-reach training initiatives within Boeing’s Learning, Training, and Development Division. Partnered with internal personnel and university professors to develop and deploy new, innovative learning initiatives.

2008–2012 Contract Project Manager, Global Readiness

Brought on board to improve annual planning process for Microsoft Global Curriculum Development (GCD), a division that builds and maintains training curriculum for 32K sales, marketing, and services employees worldwide. Manage all solution proposal and consumption targeting data for annual planning cycles.

2007–2008 Director, Client Services

Managed sales, customer service, compliance, and marketing functions for start-up escrow and title company. Designed new real estate information reports. Built automated revenue credit reporting database that assigned revenue credit to 14K+ escrow and title orders, and created database that tracked fulfillment and delivery of 7K+ customer service orders.
